NEW RELEASE
Capitolium News 2

Capitolium, designed by Gerard Unger, was the central part of the project for a wayfinding and information system to guide pilgrims and tourists through Rome for the jubilee of the Roman Catholic Church in the year 2000. Capitolium also continues Rome’s almost uninterrupted two-thousand-year-old tradition of public lettering. Capitolium News is a sturdier version of the original typeface, optimized for news print. TypeTogether is proud to present Capitolium News 2, featuring over 250 new glyphs, support for Northern and Central European languages, OpenType features, several sets of numerals and improved kerning.
