LFT Etica expanded!

The spanish designer Octavio Pardo has teamed up with the Milan based LeftLoft studio to develop 24 new styles for LeftLoft's already very successful LFT Etica type-family. This expansion is a direct response to the requests from type-users who found LFT Etica to be their de facto choice for web-design. The new styles come in two series: 12 condensed and 12 compressed fonts; providing a flexible set of solutions, even in applications with a problematically high information to space ratio.

Bree Serif wins Gold at ED Awards

We are delighted to announce that our Bree Serif type-family has been awarded a Gold Prize in the 'Original Typeface' category of the European Design Awards 2014 — this recognition follows on from the Bronze Prize already awarded to Bree Sans in the same category back in 2008. EXHIBITIONS
Concept to Reader 2.0

TypeTogether was invited to be part of Bulgaria's 'One Design Week', TypeTogether gave a talk during the Forum-day of the festival and installed our exhibition From Concept to Reader 2.0 in Balabanov House, a beautiful building constructed in the early 19th century. The exhibition ran all week, explaining the process of creating font families step-by-step, from the original idea to the final product.

Atlas Cultural de la Argentina

The renowned Argentinian Estudio Lo Bianco has designed the Atlas Cultural de la Argentina, a compendium of Argentina's varied cultural scenes; Lo Bianco use Karmina Sans for every purpose, from titling to navigation, and from text to cartography and charts. The team found Karmina Sans to be the perfect tool for this very complex project, where clean and rigorous design meets an enormous amount of information.

Web Store updates

As part of our continuous effort to improve the usability and performance of our website, we have added software to calculate current-exchange-rates. So now, as well Euros, our customers can pay in Czech crowns, British pounds and US dollars. We have also improved our tax-processing-software to allow customers owning European registered VAT numbers to pay the same pre-VAT prices as customers from outside Europe; all VAT validation is handled during the checkout process.
