Fonts for gaming

Creating a game world is no small feat because everything designed for that environment has to look like it belongs. Choice of typeface in this environment is more than just icing on the cake, it has to be successful on several levels. Whether it’s a fantasy world, a future dystopia, war strategy, or children’s educational design, each part needs to look natural and to function flawlessly.

From choosing fonts to set the right environment, to making completely custom font designs for a new game, we use our extensive knowledge to explore the world of gaming in this article. After all, we were the ones who created the typeface for the original hit video game Spore, and our fonts have taken center stage in other games since then.
