Google commissioned the design of a new type family for it’s webfonts project. Jockey is based on the lettering by an unknown Argentine artist who designed posters for horse race tracks in the 1930’s. Out of a few upper case letterforms the TypeTogether team developed a full typeface in Regular and Bold that is available for free with a commercial license. Simply add to your cart, log-in and then download.
TypeTogether is an indie type foundry committed to excellence in type design with a focus on editorial use. Additionally, TypeTogether creates custom type design for corporate use. We invite you to browse our library of retail fonts or contact us to discuss custom type design projects.
