Stefan Ellmer and Wolfgang Homola featured at the event organised by the Designforum Wien ‘Subtext: Typedesign. zeitgenössisch—lokal: contemporary—Austrian’, that includes an exhibition, lectures and live-shows.
The exhibition will show the work of more than 50 international designers that have a connection with Austria, and includes the work of two of our type designers, Stefan Ellmer and Wolfgang Homola.
Wolfgang Homola, who attended the opening day and sent us some photographs, will deliver a design-live performance, (May 17), while Stefan Ellmer together with Johannes Lang will deliver a talk under the long title: ‘but one character to the font. capable of an unlimited variety of combinations — all pleasing and attractive’ (May 9).
The exhibition will he held by the Design Forum in the Viennese Museumsquartier, and it will be open until May 25, 2017.
